Questions And Concerns
What if I don't time to learn everything?
eTruckBiz Pro is not a quick-fix for problems. Rather, it is a system and process for creating the right culture in your business. You will be given training consistently as you move through the process. In addition, you will have access to our Client Success Coordinator who will walk you though many of the software tools as needed. In other words, don't worry about trying to learn everything at once.
How do I know I'll get results?
We are going to teach you how to measure many more things than you currently are. We are going to hold you accountable to knowing what your results are. If, after a some time, you don't see any results, then there is no long term commitment and you can drop the service. You won't, because very few do. You will be keenly aware if you are getting the results you seek or not.
Do I have to be a Base Subscriber too?
Yes. The PRO System builds on top of everything in the base package.
How long does it take to see results?
That depends on how committed you are to implementing change. You will definitely not see any instant results. It will take a few months just to get goals and some major planning in place. However, most of our clients see some positive operating results in 6 to 9 months. Some take longer, but when you get there, you're going to be happy no matter how long it took.
What's your success rate?
All of our PRO clients see improvements. We like to measure success by your operation's increase in Stops Per On Road Hour (SPORH). While results vary, we see everything from 1.5 Stops Per On Road Hour to as many a DOUBLING your current productivity numbers (say from 8 to 16 or more SPORH)! All improvements result in increased profit and business value.
Are ISP Negotiations Included In PRO?
No. The negotiation is hugely labor intensive. We will however have a very good understanding of your business as we enter a negotiation. This helps a ton!

I've heard of some great results with your program, but I don't want to be hard on the drivers, they'll quit!
Your drivers actually do want to be held accountable for what they do. There is a huge difference between leading them to achieve your company's goals and bossing them around. We need to make sure our clients understand the difference. You don't have to be "hard" on anyone. But you do have create a culture conducive to accountability and results. This is not easy, but once you start to change your culture, results that you never dreamed possible will follow.
I'm pretty sure I'm doing all the things you offer in your program. Why do I need to do this?
If you are realizing a 17 to 33 percent operating margin, then maybe you don't. If not, and that's most everyone, then you will benefit from this program.
I don't have the time it takes for this.
This is a primary sign that your business is out of control. You need to decide if you want to change this or not. If you do nothing, because you don't have time, then nothing will change. Insanity is doing the same thing over and over expecting a different result.
